  • What are your business hours?

    Our office hours are 10 AM - 6 PM, Monday through Saturday. 

  • What areas do you provide service in?

    We provide service to Connecticut homes and businesses in all of Litchfield County and New Haven County, as well as lower Hartford County and lower Fairfield County. 

  • Do you provide services in languages other than English?

    Yes, we have both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking technicians.

  • How long does repair service typically take?

    Most repairs can be completed by our technicians the same day as your diagnostic appointment, unless we find that we need a replacement part ordered. If a part does need to be ordered, we will schedule a convenient time with you for us to return and complete the repair once the part arrives. 

  • What types of appliances do you repair?

    We repair dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, stoves, ovens, washers and dryers. Our technicians can work on all of the top brands, including Beko, Bosch, Electrolux, Frigidaire, General Electric, Jennair, Kenmore, KitchenAid, LG, Maytag, Panasonic, Thermador, Viking, and Whirlpool.  

  • Can you install my new appliances?

    Yes! Our factory-certified technicians can install any appliance, and will inspect the completed job to be sure you are totally satisfied.

  • How much do diagnostic appointments cost?

    Residential diagnostic appointments are typically $99, and commercial diagnostic appointments are $299. Diagnostic charges may be higher during the weekend. 

  • Do diagnostic fees go towards the repair amount?

    YES! If we come out to diagnose the issues with your appliance and you choose to use us for your repair services, the diagnostic fee will be directly applied to the cost of repairs.  

  • What can you expect when we arrive at your home?

    When you schedule service with us, you can expect a certified technician to arrive at your home on time. Our employees will be masked while on your property and will wear booties in the home if you would like. Our company has required COVID-19 vaccinations for all employees. 

  • What types of discounts do you offer?

    We are proud to offer several discounts, including 10% for first-time customers, veterans, nurses, first responders, teachers, and students.
